Still needed: Volunteer Help to repair Trailer Roof in Lantzville, British Columbia for sale

Hello,
I just lost my volunteer helper who had an unanticipated time conflict just before we could begin.
My trailer is my home, it had leaking vents and damaged the insulation through out.
I have ripped out 90 percent of damaged materials and have new materials and tools to complete job, except for a ladder of all things.
I am a "mobile disabled" adult, I have spinal Stenosis which means Im very capable to help in a real way but my spine does swell so I have to rest it in between. My down time isnt too bad, I can go for a while no problem.
I know how to repair the job, its not small but can be done over month, about 8 to 10 hours a week at your leisure. I only need help to recalk metal roofing vents etc, insulate everything, vapour barrier and put back in new cieling and wall boards. Its 28 ft by almost 8 ft inside.
If you are someone I can rely on, have good basic tool knowledge, like calking guns, air guns, sawa and drills and will stick with me until its warm and dry inside, I can do the rest.
For those wishing to be paid, Im broke, Im on small disability so have nothing to offer except my sincere gratitude.
I need help ASAP while the sun shines to do roof top first. Thank you.
