1993 28ft Class C Motorhome in Lantzville, British Columbia for sale

This Motorhome is in great shape and it will be sad to see it go. Ford F-350 chassis with a 460 HP motor. Solid motor with absolutely no issues.
Everything works!
- propane system inspected and certified 2015
- out of province inspection and certification valid until December 2015
- bed above driver and passenger seat has been completely renovated with new; paneling, trim, carpet and window sealing 2015
- outside caulking and trim redone 2015
- brand new Sunbeam fridge (only AC hook up) 2014
- new toilet and black water tank 2012
- new roof installed front to back 2011 (was a flat roof and is now bowed)
- Pioneer CD player with USB and auxiliary ports installed in front dash
Also a bunch of spare parts/ equipment will be included such as;
- vacuum cleaner
- hoses and attachments for full hook up capabilities
- roadside cones for emergencies

One thing is that it doesn't have an on board generator. There is a compartment for it and it could be installed easily. But I usually camp at sites with full hook ups so it's no big deal.
I have receipts, documents, certificates and service manuals for everything installed.
