We have a large master bedroom with on-suite 4 piece bath, available from August 1, 2018. This room is furnished with two new twin beds with premium natural Talalay latex foam mattress, which could slide together to make a King size bed. Rent is $800 if you are wanting your own large private suite (one person only) or $900 for two people. The room is fully furnished with two beds (or one King bed), a night table, another side table, a chair, a large full length wall mirror, table lamp, all premium lines, towels, etc. It has two large closets and you would have the run of the house to share with the two owners (a couple) in a large 1500 square foot upper level of a 2500 square foot house in the best neighborhood in North Nanaimo, just a 5 minute walk to the bus, with direct bus service to downtown and VIU, or we have plenty of parking available if you have a car. Enjoy the view from the bedroom, and easy walk to parks and the beach. The owners will likely be heading south for the winter for 3 to 4 months, so you may have the house to yourself during that time. Rate includes utilities, internet, parking, use of the washer and dryer, and the use of furniture, dishes, linens etc. Call if you have any questions or wish to view this gorgeous upper level suite in our house.
