Hello!
I'm a 39 year old, single, non-smoking female with no pets.
I moved to the island last summer to help my best friend raise his autistic son once he found out that supports were better for him here in B.C than they were back in Ontario. His biological mother wasn't in the picture and I have been like a mother to him and wanted to continue to be a presence in his life.
I am in need of a new rental unit immediately as my current housing situation changed unexpectedly and is no longer safe for me.
I don't smoke or party. I have very good credit and excellent personal and landlord references.
I have worked for the same online company for 8 years and I also receive income for a 10 year old work place injury.
What I bring forth for you is a tenant who is kind, approachable, loyal, and very clean. (I keep an immaculate home) I am very quiet and I pay my rent on time.
With age, I have embraced curling up with a book and some tea over going out. There is much to be valued in the quieter moments in life.
My move-in date is flexible, pending the 30 day notice to vacate that I will provide to my current landlord but I am ideally looking for March or April at the very latest.
