2012 Forest River Flagstaff all season trailer in Lantzville, British Columbia for sale

This 27 foot aluminum framed trailer is in new condition, with only 5000 KM on it. It is lightweight: dry weight is 2900 KG ( 6300 lb). It has been stored under cover off season.
It has a full winter package, with heavier insulation, thermal windows, a forced air furnace, and heated tanks. An air conditioner and 2 Fantastic Fans keep it cool in the summer too. It has a built-in whole system water filter, and the hot water tank is both gas & electric.
The leveling jacks and the canopy are electric, so setup is easy.
There are opposing slides in the main living area. The hideabed sofa and the kitchen appliances slide out on one side, and the dinette (which makes down to a double bed) on the other, leaving a wide open play area (dance floor).
The back wall features a panorama window, with an entertainment unit below. The TV pops up from the cupboard, when you are tired of the view. The stereo has surround sound speakers, including outside.
The kitchen has a peninsula cupboard, for lots of workspace. It has an extra large 2 way fridge, 3 burner stove with an oven, a double sink, and a magic Chef microwave. There is a pantry cupboard across the room. Outdoor cooking is easy too, with a standard issue barbecue that has a quick connect hose to the propane system, and a mounting rail on the side of the trailer.
The bathroom has a full shower, low flush toilet and a good size linen cupboard. It has doors to the hall and the bedroom. There is an outdoor shower to keep some of the sand outside too.
In the bedroom, the walk around queen size bed has a heated mattress. There is lots of storage with closets on both sides of the bed, drawers under the bed, and a large compartment under the tilt up mattress. There is a TV hookup here as well.
Day and night blinds throughout allow for privacy and keep the sun out.
There is a large passthrough storage at the front, and other storage on the sides.
It has aluminum rims, and a spare tire. An equalizer hitch is included.
