There is a small older kitchenette on your floor level which includes a dual hot plate, toaster oven, full size fridge and working sink. There is also a full kitchen upstairs.

Short walk to bus stop, local amenities and long lake swimming access within walking distance.
Hydro is not included and will be split 1/3 with tenants living in home.
