Nicely sized bedroom with a closet, natural light and nice hardwood floors.
The living room can be furnished with the couch, chair and tv stand shown in picture if preferred.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, brand new dual hot plate, toaster oven, and dual sink.
The house is shared with a couple in their mid 20's who live upstairs. We are looking for someone around the same age, that is working full time or is in school. You are responsible for 1/3 of hydro, internet is included and cable can be included for $15
